I design training that is directly tied to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that learning initiatives drive measurable outcomes and contribute to business goals. By designing e-learning experiences that are interactive, learner-focused, and aligned with both company objectives and individual growth, I aim to make learning a seamless part of everyday work.
