About Me

My Learning Philosophy

As an instructional designer in the dynamic world of SaaS, my learning philosophy centers around creating engaging, practical, and scalable learning solutions. I believe that effective training not only imparts knowledge but also empowers individuals to apply new skills confidently in real-world settings. A key aspect of my approach is providing learners with the context of how the knowledge or skills they are gaining will be used in their day-to-day roles, helping them see the direct impact on their performance and how it makes them more effective in their jobs. I design training that is directly tied to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that learning initiatives drive measurable outcomes and contribute to business goals. By designing e-learning experiences that are interactive, learner-focused, and aligned with both company objectives and individual growth, I aim to make learning a seamless part of everyday work. Whether it’s onboarding new hires, updating teams on software changes, or reinforcing internal protocols, my approach is to ensure that training is accessible, relevant, and immediately actionable.
